1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing 41Open Entertainment, LLC (“41OPEN”), which provides professional DJ services, music production, entertainment, and audio engineering for organizations, individuals, and private events. We also sell merchandise such as apparel and promotional items. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, website, and mobile application (“41OPEN Platforms”). By accessing our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use our services or platforms.
2. Eligibility
The services provided by 41OPEN are available to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements. If registering on behalf of a minor, you assume responsibility for their use of the services.
3. Professional Services
41OPEN connects individuals and organizations with professional DJ, music production, and audio engineering services. Our services are designed to provide a seamless experience from consultation to event execution.
3.1. Booking and Fees
A non-refundable booking fee of $250.00 is required to confirm your reservation. This fee is applied to the final balance of your selected package. Payments are facilitated through third party payment processors and are subject to their terms and conditions.
3.2. Event Personnel
41OPEN reserves the right to bring additional team members to your event venue as necessary to ensure a successful event.
4. Merchandise Orders
You can purchase merchandise from 41OPEN via our website or mobile app. All purchases are subject to availability, and 41OPEN reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders.
4.1. Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a replacement or refund within 30 days, provided the item is unopened and in its original condition.
5. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes have been made will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by 41OPEN, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and audio files, is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
